  1. Just click on Settings on your iPhone or ‌iPad‌.
  2. Tap your name in the Apple ID banner at the top.
  3. Tap iCloud.
  4. Scroll down and tap ‌Find My‌ iPhone (or ‌Find My‌ ‌iPad‌).
  5. Tap the toggle to switch it to the white OFF position.
  6. Enter your Apple ID password when prompted.
  7. Tap Turn Off.
